Lunchtime or After Work
This Wall Unit class is for everyone, welcoming those who are new to Pilates or those who seek a deeper understanding of their Pilates practice. The class will focus on improving your balance, increasing range of motion and gaining strength for everyday life.
Monday Lunchtime: 12:00noon-12:45pm: $30
Tuesday Lunchtime: 12:00noon-12:45pm: $30
Wednesday After Work: 5:30pm-6:15pm: $30
Thursday Lunchtime: 12noon-12:45pm: $30
Intermediate Wall Unit
This 45-minute intermediate level class is for those that have experience with the Pilates system. The multi-level class will flow through the Wall Unit systems with a focus on improving your balance, increasing your range of motion and gaining overall strength. Come gain a deeper understanding of your Pilates practice and inner core.
Wednesday: 12:15pm-1:00pm : $30
Strength and Stability Mat
This 45 minute morning mat class is for beginner, intermediate and advanced clients. You will work both on the mat and in standing positions to strengthen your entire body. Come learn the classical Pilates system and leave feeling more length in your spine and more strength and awareness of your core.
Wednesday: 6:15pm-7:00pm: $20 per class
Thursday: 9:00am-9:45am : $20 per class
Friday: 10am-10:45am: $20 per class
Strength Pilates Mat
This dynamic Pilates class combines traditional movement with modern resistance tools, including weights, bands, and the magic circle to build strength, endurance, and deep core stability. Set to upbeat music, it delivers a challenging, energizing workout suitable for all levels. Join us for an early morning workout that will set the tone for your day!
